Previously I've only worn runners when training, so obviously I've never bought any before. So because some brands will fit my feet better than others, I need to try some before handing over any cash. Is this actually possible in Melbourne?

I remember back in the mid 80s, my Sister who is a School Teacher and was a Fitness Fanatic explained how Schools had banned P.E. Teachers from getting Students to do Burpees. I think the reason was Lower Back Injuries - the throwing the Feet out behind the Body on going down.
The obvious...

Only used a few times because they didn't fit my feet. I have size 8 but I reckon it's more suitable for Size 9.

Hello,
I ask this for one reason... internet seems to have a variety of forms which are all classified 'correct'.
Most forms I notice are pretty much feet pointing forward (away from you in a straight line) then squat down and up.
I then found a powerlifting site that says feet should point...
Houston, TX – (StockNewsDesk) – 10/14/2014 — UniverSole has come up with cheap and easy insoles for you so that you can track your feet movement measuring and improving foot pressure. It gradually learns the way you move with your feet and help to track your basic activities like the calories...
As the title suggests i am having troubles when i squat my knees come in.
Am i right in thinking that the glutes are pretty strong external rotators and if my knees are coming in its more me not using my glutes when im squatting than a weakness in the glutes? Whats the best cue for squatting...
I've been getting lots of pain up my shins and on the top of my feet while running at rugby training. I've been training almost 7x a week lately and its hard but i thought the pain might be coming from running the barbell up my shins when deadlifting but i doubt it somehow because its not...
I have flat feet that over pronates and is known to cause problems when running (sore knees), that is why I have custom insoles for shoes designed to correct this problem. I have been wearing these during deadlifts but have noticed that the 'springiness' from them cause a bouncing effect during...
Lads/ladettes,
Apparently my toes twitch when Im asleep. I've never felt it wake me up but it has been driving the wife mad. This usually results in her nudging- and me waking up with an elbow in my side.
Up until two months ago I was doing round the clock shiftwork. I did this for five years...
The title is pretty much self-explanatory.
I'm trying to include squats in my routine, but I'm having major issues keeping my feet flat on the ground and it puts major strain on my knees when going up.
Is this a common problem with beginners and, more importantly, what can I do to fix it?
I get these EVERY single time I go for a run, play sport or go for a walk that is 30mins or more.
Does anyone else get this? any ways to stop it?
I played indoor tonight and its the worst I've ever had it. I even tape up the bottom of my feet to absorb some of the pressure.
Have lost a fair...
