Can you guys please comment on my c&j. I'd love to know how the clean was as well as why i wasn't able to jerk it off my shoulders all the way up. i was able to complete a full 65kg, but clearly not the 67.5kg

I am 5'11", 83kilos, trying to gain lean mass as much as possible, sitting at about 14-15% (i know fat gains will come..put on about 10kilos so far).
- Breakfast *7am*
-> 2 x Ham, cheese, tomato toasted sandwiches, glass of milk (skim)
OR
-> 6 weat-bix, 2 pieces whole wheat toast with cheese...

mon wed fri- moderate weight training

shoulder raises 3'15 4kg

I am 6'2", 196lbs (down from 205). I have an athletic looking frame, am a little softer in the pecs & abs than I'd prefer (all decreasing with upped cardio & diet), but I'm nitpicking. I'm toned, trying to be more toned. My workouts vary from week to week, but basically...
i suspect that there are many others out there in the same position as me and that is that i workout at home so only have dumbells a barbell and a bench.
This is my routine
Monday---Biceps, Back and abs
2 sets bicep curls 8 x 15kgs
2 sets Dumbbell Lying Row 8 x 34kgs
2 sets weighted situps 8...

Time Lifting: Half a year (seriously)
Height/Weight/BF%: 5'7"/140 lb./8-10%

Experience/Knowledge: Fair :P
