Way back in 2005/2006 i use to take this shit pretty regularly (nearly every day) and it worked pretty damn good.
Anyone know what they have taken out of it now? Is it as strong/effective as it use to be? Is there any other metaboliser just as good?
for most people grip width tends to change based on preferences, injuries, focuses, etc
I am curious to hear from Ausbb about their grip preference
Personally, I noticed I feel stronger with a closer grip

I recently changed my bench technique after attending a seminar. It feels better on my shoulders and I feel stronger but I'm nnoticing on days where I deadlift after I'm pretty sore through Tye back from arching more..
Will that go away? Will I just get used to it?
