If you're trying to snatch in Converse instead of Adipowers, then you will lift more in the Adipowers guaranteed. Depending your squat and pull style, they could add kilos there too, but mostly they just make you feel secure while lifting which adds a lot of confidence which is important. I'd...
I seem to have a re-occuring muscle strain when I bench heavy (this comes and goes, and has over the years).
The muscle (or tendon?) is located between my collarbone and traps, at the base of my neck (right hand side). I guess it is a lower neck muscle.
Any suggestions on cause, prevention...
Lately every time when I am trying to bench I feel pain running along my biceps. I am sorta bewildered by this, as I don't do any isolation exercises on my biceps, and my bench is straight after squats as per the SS program.
It feels like it just "gives out" when the bar is a couple inches from...
