I just had a question, I am finding is very hard to stick to my workouts ever since my gym closed due to lockdown. I can't really do my bench press or lateral pulldown. has anyone else come across this issue too.
These guys are slowly building up a nice range of interviews.
Just listened to episode 19 with Nathan Baxter. Some interesting advice on training for bench press and also what happened to him leading up to a series of massive strokes that left him near death.

Looking for a new barbell... i have been using a 6.6 foot 15kg 25mm womans barbell.
Need something that is good for the 3 lifts, squats, bench press and deadlift. Has to be durable and low maintenance. Im not sure what knurling i want.... the knurl on my current bar is really passive and doesnt...

What squat shoes do you guys reckon are any good for powerlifting? Looking for something that won't cost $300 or some retarded price like that. Something $100-150 or less would be nice, with a elevated heel for squat depth and bench press.

inspired by von, who wanted to have a bench comp for reps on 140kg that he was guaranteed to win, I propose a comp for most reps on bodyweight bench.
But reps have to full range and locked out, no bouncing, and little pause between reps.
