    Trying to grow quads with squats and leg extensions. Squat routine is going great but leg extensions suck. I’m currently doing 8 working sets of 9 reps at 40 Kg for leg extensions but seem to have plateaued. Should I go heavier for less sets and reps or back off weight and up reps and sets?

    I know its not respected when guys only train certain parts. But really, these are the parts that need to catch up so I was wondering your guys' thoughts on this All that seems to grow is my back and delts. Maybe if I wasn't training them the rest of my body would improve :confused:

    don't know what to do any more my upper back is so fucked up with my thoracic nerve. no muscle has ever grown there no matter what exercise and can't really do any upper body exercises. my lower body is overgrown and holds all the fat.
