I am not looking to start taking HGH I am just curious when do bodybuilders decide to take it? Do they base it on age or if they reach a certain level?
Should progressive overload be done at every training session or should I do a few sessions at a certain weight/reps before upping things? Also how much should the weight go up in percentage terms?

is there an accurate way to tell?
i have very dry and flakey hair, inside ears and flaking skin on my face and under eyes and eyebrows which started a few years ago i have not been able to figure out why.
