If I continue to work out on a split 3x a week, and on my two days off during the week do an abs routine and run for 30 minutes. And eat less. Basically doing a cut but still trying to increase my lifts..
I generally dont grunt when im not lifting near my personal best.
But generally say if im squatting say 120kg + i would start grunting on my last few reps.
Now i have seen people grunt lifting 30kgs on dumbell bench presses and causing a ruckess (sp?) then dropping it on the ground like it...

Lats my weak point, I have an easier time building my calfes than the lats. The problem is with cable pressdowns light weight doesn't work and heavie works more my arms to the point that I do very little reps and dont pull the bar all the way back.:mad:

I'm looking exercises for the chest/breast area that would make help make my breasts a little perkier and give them a bit of lift.
Also I have a friend who told me that when she was working out her chest she lost a cup size. Any suggestions?
