Lost around 20 kilos last year...

Aim for 2013 will be to get down around 96kg (12% bf).... Then slowly raise cals for a clean bulk...

I have been lurking here for a while and thought this would be a good time to sign up and make a first post. I have just started back into training (2-3 months) after a 6 year hiatus due to work. During that time I kept fairly fit due to a physical job with long hours.
About 12 months ago...
I'm relatively new to body building, I have never been a proper member of a gym however I have been to gyms a few times throughout my life, no more than 20 times most likely.
I did some strength and conditioning training with my school rugby coach which yielded better than what I expected...

As most you'll know, I lift for strength, but every 3 months I might take a picture.
Aiming for +13kg on my frame.
Main areas of focus for my strength training are
Upper back
Triceps
Glutes/quads/hams.
And here we go again.
Hopefully stay injury free, will be much less focus on competition pb strength, and more focused on getting fitter, flexible, and putting on some more mass, 80kg @ 15% or less, and i will be happy.

In on this! After 6 months of getting into weight training things sort of came to a halt. Bit of shit going on in life and illness after illness I decided a break was in order before I broke.
Currently at 68kgs. Will be looking to put on 4-5kgs over the next few months and get this weak looking...
