I set up my home gym in 2011, and started training again on the 25th of July 2011, after many years of inactivity, I have made some positive changes. I have gained some muscle and lost some fat, but still have a long way to go.
I also train at home by myself in my home gym.

Have been lifting for about 5 months, before i was a sedentary fat man.

Goal - Bulk onto 85kg at roughly 19% bfp by April 18th. Cut back down to 80kg @ around 13-15% bfp

Body Transformation Goal:
A lean 75-80kg. Getting up to that weight will be easy. I've already gotten up to 77kg before. It's just being that weight at a low bodyfat (I'm thinking about 8-12% for some good definition without looking gaunt)...
