    They both lift under different rules; ie IPF - heels on ground, head on bench and no belly benching; WPC - heels off, head off and belly benching. It will be pretty hard to compare both of them. I know you said you don't care but there will always be people who will want to argue those points.

    You should be able to lose 2kg with no dramas at all, without worrying about losing strength from lifting in a depleted state. I've never tried the sauna right b4 comp though as i always feel really weak and shit after the sauna. I tend to do it the night before, so that way if i make weight...

    Injuries

    I agree with droo on the 20reppers. They have a lot more effect the "little to none". Although I never ended up trying a 1rm when I did 135kg x 20, I did find my 5rm and 3rm a lot easier. I also believe it teaches u how to fight a hard rep. Minh have u ever tried 20 reppers with 1.5xbw or more?

    Elbow Pain when Squatting

    That helped with my elbow and wrist pains when i first started squatting. Also elbows should be down. Next time try having your hands slightly further out and then slowly bring them in just a little bit each session.

    Nice touch-and-go bench! Hard to tell cos of the angle and cos the video is so dark, but it looks like his arms weren't locked out completely at the start or the finish.

    Nah, just kidding Nick... but seriously, I am injured, got a tear in my shoulder. Dr doesn't reckon it'll keep my out for too long, depending on if i re-injure it or not. Sucks though, cos my training was starting to look good, this has put a spanner in it.
