    pre/post workout = same powder dymatize elite 4.5kg is the cheapest or Optimum nutrition for a bit more a 20kg sack of protein is cheaper than both post workout add 50-75g of dextrose my personal opinion is that WPI is not worth the extra outlay

    how much water do you drink?

    i sip on water throughout the day probably in excess of 4L have to fill my bottle minimum of two times while at the gym (~1.5L +) i also use this BRITA Aus-Fill & Go makes a noticable difference to the water taste

    callouses

    used some gloves has made it more slippery if anything, but provides a layer between my raw flesh and the dumbell/barbell. not too keen on getting an infection and no bandaid will stay on there. will continue going gloveless once it heals up

    check the creamed rice label for sugars theyre ussually loaded with it i would avoid carbs for the last meal post workout shake should be 2 scoops in 50-75g of dextrose and water im not a huge fan of fruit

    have had these ever since i started training, but never this bad/annoying. lately the callouses have been blister like, by popping/tearing off and exposing raw skin underneath (no blood). it is painful to touch and i seem to get them when i do heavier stuff i.e. deadlifts will gloves/chalk...

    yes 3.xx per kg there actually 3 products they make which you can use dextrose brewing sugar and brew enhancer 1 dextrose is dextrose from memory brewing sugar has 80% dextrose 20% maltodextrin and brew enhancer has 60% dextrose and 40% maltodextrin
