If by powerlifting you mean PA and the IPF, you’re correct.
If you don’t, I can’t agree.
All my comps sell out 100+ spots in minutes, and have wait lists just as long to get in.
Add that to the fact we have near 1000 legitimate competing members in GPC, things look pretty good for...
Damn, I didnt realise I had published that yet!
Its not finished.
I still have plenty to add into that article including the vids.
I'll have it ready mid next week!
Ill try and upload something here every Wednesday, it's my day off.
Here is an article I wrote a while back on how we effectively cut weight for our weigh in's.
If you're going to cut weight, do it right

Who is on the board of APU, and how are things going?
I know Sean well, he is a top guy.
I tried to arrange a meeting with him, though it never came to fruition.
You dont need need to wear wraps in GPC :)
Matt Middleton generally doesn’t and still can podium.
That said if anyone is tossing up between APU and PA, always go APU!
Haha, not me. I just sold one of mine, and the one I’m building isn’t out yet.
The new location is much better.
Being on the main road was great for brand awareness, but it didn’t actually translate to memberships due to the lack of parking...... no one could actually stop in and check it...
I’m saddened to hear that our good friend Frank Manning passed away late last night.
Whilst Frank wasnt a lifter himself, he was a coach, a world accredited referee, and played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the powerlifting comps I hold.
Thank you Frank for your contribution...

Haha, thanks man.
Valhalla Strength is going from strength to strength.
We have gyms in Townsville, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Auckland, with a new one coming on board, plus our range of products!
No slowing us or GPC down!
I'm still here, and GPC is on FIRE!
We're killing it at the moment, nudging 1000 members now :)
I'm still the VP of GPC, I just re-branded my gym to more suit what I want to do.
The gyms and our fed are not the same thing :)
I agree.
I'll be interesting to see how it all unfolds.
I can't see the new fed being bigger then the IPF, not that I really care.
I want to see APU get off the ground, I think that will be good for the IPF in Australia.
