    Does anyone bring in Frozen veggies to work and cook them in the microwave?

    I always have a couple of KGs inthe work freezer of brocoli, beans, carrots, peas and corn incase im feeling lazy and dont bring any fresh veg or brown rice. I dont thaw the pricks out I just put boiling water over them and into the micorwave in a bowl for 2 mins... chuck in my tuna some...

    u know this debate is a hard one... U cant knock the top pwerlifters they are strong no matter what the debate but I mean there not STRONGMEN ... Markos could probably give 30+ examples of guys who can deadlift 200+ yet cant pick up his 100kg atlas stone... plenty of guys can bench big numbers...

    toms lifts are legit but he hasnt squatted 220 raw and he is no wehre near that condition at the moment and probably wont be for a very long time due to health issues ... his lifts WERE first class.. but he has a lot of hard work to do if he wants to get back to where he was...     lol..... max shoudl win by the sounds of things markos but he will be using 170 for the deadlift..if hes moving those weights he shodl be able to squat 135 for almost 20 bench 95 for 10-12 and deadlift 170 for 15-20 ... he has the edge on all of us in clean and press and is probably more...

    What is YOUR breakfast!

    IM trying somthing different for the next month or so instead of shakes with oats in it im going to be having 250 grams of sweet potatoe 250 grams of mushrooms. 2 boiled eggs.

    125iu of hcg daily would keep test levels stable. edit*** noobs beat me to it. Im interested to see how your 1rms go... if you lose 20kg in 30 days id imagine your 1rms are goign to go down the shitter. U will be lucky to squat 3 wheels in my opinion.

    Fruit and veg juice - Is it good for you?

    I dont see a problem with it if you are using it as a energy boost pre workout.. However Dextrose will be better for a quick release energy source.. However Dextrose wont have the micro nutritional values that im sure the fruit and veg juice is full of.

    Little chick was pretty good..........hahah other old fella made that 57.5 squat out of the hole look hard... Im going to have my first crack at pro raw rep challenge training tomorrow at dandexters crib... ill be happy with 10 reps on the squat tomorrow.
