    Double rich chocolate from ON tastes like ass. Choc mint from BN is nothing short of amazing. The other flavours are ok. Just wish they were flavoured a little stronger, as some are a bit weak with 400ml of milk & 40g powdered oats.

    There's no nutritional error. A heap of those ingredients are simply a form of protein. Hence they are given a caloric value.

    Who or what inspired u to start training ?

    The missus and myself signed up to help us conceive. It worked, and I continued going to the gym. But instead, now, I have everything (equipment) I want at home.

    Bulk Nutrients Vs No Bull Supplements

    Put an order through with Bulk Nutrients and Power Supplements (protein-n-more) the other week. Both ordered at the same time. Received BN order within 24 hours, and had to wait a week for my PS order... Both companies are fantastic, will continue to buy from both as I like the 1kg split...

    Has powerlifting consumed you?

    Stop thinking about it and just do it. If you consume yourself too much over something it'll become boring and obsessive and this is your end result. You know the basics, stick to em. Lift your weights for the hour (?) or so that you do, and do something else with the spare time.

    I measure until I find the spot with the biggest reading and make sure it's straight. I'm not trying to cheat my measurements, I'm amazed myself. Both legs the same.
