    Have a force usa seated calf raise. Im 6"2' and only just fit under it. Otherwise its a good piece of equipment and can be had for a reasonable price.

    Bulk Powders Whey Oat Mass Honeycomb

    If you like nippys honeycomb milk drink you should like this. I have fine powdered oats and some protein from Bulk Nutrients but I find the shake tastes too 'oaty' and overpowers the flavouring of the protein. This doesn't. It's good.

    Might I suggest you purchase the book 'starting strength'. It's $10 from amazon for the electronic version. Im nearly finished reading the squats section and I could pick a heap of things you could change according to the book.

    Protein from food will supply different micro nutrients to that of whey. If all you care about is macros then who cares.

    Shouldnt have any trouble getting 4.5kg of musashis bulk for less than $120. I thinking the 'balance' brand make a affordable gainer too. Cheapest option of course is buying from a conpany like bulk nutrients / protein n more / no bull supplements and getting your own protein and carbs...
