I always felt I got more overall felt activation from all three heads going behind the neck with barbell, than front......
in saying that, my supporting rotor cuff and muscles are toast from my years of heavy pressing.
The he front press never felt like it got any this other than front delt...
I had gotten the dexa scan in the hope of getting a more accurate BMR, then wanted to create a weekly caloric deficit of 4000-8000 per week, which should result in 0.5-1 kg loss (assuming a kg of fat is worth 8000 calories)

Is that figure maintanence (sedentary) then caloric burn from cardio or weights to be factored in as deficit alongside what ever reduced number I choose?

The whole butter/ bulletproof coffee thing is really only of use if you are keto.
i found that having one with 25 gms butter, and either 2 table spoons of coconut oil, or MCT kept me satisfied hunger wise until early afternoon, and ramped up my metabolism.
if not eating keto you can easily...
