WPC or WPI

It's one of the better mainstream blends. I just prefer BN or TP straight WPC or WPI these days. Cheaper, mixes better. Taste is a little weaker but just use less water/milk
 
on whey gold was my goto before i stopped buying protein, so thats my only reference point.
 
TP works out similar pricing to ON, but quality and protein % difference might be a whole different story..
 
ON whey arn't protein spiking, its expensive, the home brand i got this time just mimics it's profiles... and cheaper.

I don't think everyone harps on about it.

It is relatively good value for money though and comes in like 20 flavours. It's a WPI/WPC blend, but is majority WPI. It was a little too thin for my liking though.
 
so used some hydrolised wpi lastnight (first time ever) after back n bi's.

mixes way better than blends. tastes lighter, and sat lighter in the stomach.
