When you blokes do these neg's, don't forget to breathe,as in don't hold you breath, as you start to fatigue start panting, this helps.

Do the neg's after a proper set of regular pull-downs, or chin's to further fatigue the muscles.
 
The row is the fourth powerlift, it's the only exercise that helps the other three, but if you use too much weight, it can be very bad.
