Ok so I'm starting this today and will take it to coincide with 3 weeks of Smolov Jr bench. Starting max is 110kg (shut up ok)

After that it'll be crazytown until Jan.

Took the first cap just now. No noticeable gains.
Slight chub-on...possible placebo effect.
