I've been using C4 for a few months now. It's pretty cheap for a 60 serve tub, about $50 from a well known Supplement store down here in Melbourne.
The taste is incredible, Pink Lemonade is the best tasting supplement, I have ever had. It's not a heavy dosed preworkout, but has plenty of Caffine.
I usually take two scoops, and get a good pump and long lasting no crash energy.
I've also been using Musclewerks, TST IGNITE, this is a heavier dosing, but the caffine is far more less controlled than C4, and often gives me more of the jitters.
I've been reliant of caffine for quite a while, it's probably not good, but the stuff keeps me going. I usually, take 100mg in the morning when I wake up. And 300mg before my workout. Trying to get away from stims, is going to be hard for me. But I'm planning on changing to Hemavol or a BN pre.
