strong enough?

IIRC he has grip issues. He has apparently pulled 300 or more with straps. It certainly looked like he lost his grip in Russia.
Scott Hill's deadlift killed him again, anyone know what happened with it?
Yeah that Kazakh was REAL popular. They couldn't cheer his world records loud enough in the crowdHowever, all lifts should be included for single lifts. There are plenty of people who back off on one lift or two to get a record. What about the 245kg bench by the 120kg guy who squatted 180kg?
Put it in writing and send it to Mr. Parage. I agree total is the most important thing but single lift championships for all 3 would be too much.IPF should have single lift champs, and get rid of individual medals in its raw classic world champs.
He didn't even respect the rules enough to make 3 token squats. There is actually a rule in the IPF that you must make bona fide squat and deadlift attempts in order to set a bench WR. The refs should have had the balls to call the Kazakh out on only taking one feeble squat attempt.
IMO lifter of the meet was Krzysztof Wierzbicki from Poland. 810 wr total and 355 wr deadlift at 93kg. And he is a junior. He didn't get the best total on formula, but that result is just unbelieveable from a 23yo.
