Saw these two blokes, that always train with horrible form, idiocy.

Decline smith machine presses, with too much weight, spotting/lifting the weights for the other dude "its all you bro", wearing weight belts and wrists wraps, AND using fat grips, but, not using the entire grip. So half fat grips.

Haha... I can see it now - 'it's all you bro' - other brutha just about sat on his mates face trying to lift the phuckin' bar up :D
 
Saw a guy at the gym the other day who I hadn't seen for quite few months. Solid upper body but obviously still not training legs lol. Anyway so he's chatting away and mentions he hasn't been using protein shakes and has been focusing on eating meats and raw eggs. I said who are you Rocky Balboa cook your eggs. He laughs and then follows with this.
"I dont see the point in drinking shakes...I can feel when I'm catabolic anyway".
I was farking dumbfounded. It took a bit for it to register and when it did I could feel my knees getting week from the urge to ROFLMFAO!!!

U don't need shakes. .I don't have shakes I grow more. Hence they fill u up to much. Don't be Sucked in to supliments. The only supplement you need Is food so save your money. And he probably does know when he's catabolic its not hard if you are in tune with your body! Eggs uncooked could cause listeria or salmonella but that's debatable and u don't hear many cases. U should stop reading bodybuilding mags bud and actually train.
 
... What? ... You mean supplement companies embellish or even LIE about their products abilities?! ... Kunce... I just thought I had to drink the stuff to look like the guy on the label :-/

To accuse someone of thinking that its the shakes that make you grow shows that you yourself have been suckered into this way of thinking and probably for quite some time by the sounds of the pain in your reply. Your immediate push to food proves this. I use shakes not because they are more anabolic...ha..merely making totals, its cheaper gram for gram and I have no interest in eating close to a kilo of meat each day to hit "my" totals. I don't see how anyone can "feel" when they are catabolic so unless he is a zen master perhaps then maybe I guess. Actually it was the issue of digestibility of the eggs that made comment on them being raw. I haven't picked up a BB mag in about 8 years which is obviously again something you have suffered from in the past. I train 5 days a week. I know more about this industry/training/nutrition than you will ever have the capacity to fathom.
