ahh yeh, im pretty sure we polished off a whole box between us (me 3 of them, her 1). It was nasty. We were on holiday in Broome at the time, the hotel room stank hahah
 
550ml rice milk + banana + tbl spoon of coconut oil + tbl peanut butter + 1/2 banana + 3 scoops (35g protein) pea protein = delicious PWO meal.

Sounds bloody good. I love ALL of those things. And I'd add some cinnamon too I think.

mmmm if you can have oat milk, try oat milk and add in some cacao for extra awesomeness and yes, JZ is right...cinnamon FTW!

Very much so, i am more "allergic" than "intolerant", but it's a slow reaction rather than anaphalactic!

Will try cinnamon next time, although i kind of just smash it down lol.
 
My favorite pwo is as follows.

200 gm can of red salmon
3 chopped pickled gherkins
1 tsp of dijon mustard
1 tsp of whole egg mayonnaise
1 chopped spring onion
1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
1 tbsp flax seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste
