most days i get home from work and im stuffed, i lay on the couch and often fall asleep for half an hour. i like to have a pepsi or coffee or something after my nap just to wake me up a bit before i train. i dont believe it improves my workout i just use it to get myself into the gym
Back in the late 90s we would have 5 sudafeds before our warm-up & then another 3 before we ran on. When the ingredients were different. Felt like superman come the 2nd half! hahah, but the comedown was brutal. Dry mouth, no sleep but ultra-tired...
The whole point of my pre-workout is to jack me up, so i want stims man lol! Most of that shit above is just amino's, doesnt really do much for me aye, could just eat some fish instead?
