I have been googling POSE running and taking the advice of many of you here...
I went for a bit of running yesterday to practice these methods. What a difference!
I felt much less pressure on my left knee and had zero lower back tightness!! Also felt like I was running further between rests, like I was using less energy running this way....this running thing every now and then may not be a lost cause after all
