Hey guys, has anyone used the ab circle pro? If so is it any good?
I've been offered one for $100
I'm doing cardio twice a week and abs 3 times week. Would be nice to do it without leaving the house and kill 2 birds with one stone.

R u serious???
I'm calling troll.
not sure if srs ... you know that the company has been successfully sued in the US for false and misleading advertising, right?
TROLL ???
Na not trolling but no offence taken, all good.
Why exactly were they sued though? Doesn't mean it doesn't work, just means dodgy marketing. I work as a sales executive, dodgy marketing of one form or another is virtually standard on all products, quality and crap. Once you've got the gear the rest is about revenue.
OK.
That particular machine, and all those machines, are total RUBBISH.
Of course they don't work.
they were sued because the promises they made regarding the machines were totally bogus. the machine is bogus.
The ads have been banned in NZ too but funnily enough Australia is too stupid to weed that stuff out.

If you want an exercise to rip fat off you do 100 Burpees twice a day, will get you ripped guaranteed no machines needed.
There is a whole thread about it here : http://ausbb.com/general-fitness-training/8996-100-burpees-challenge.html
Try it tomorrow and report back to us if you still need an ab circle pro mate.![]()

Go lift a barbell for an hour twice per week, will do a hell of a lot more for you than "abs and cardio".
