That being the case, and assuming all skelatons are roughly equal, i'm going to practice 250kg squat rack walkouts tomorrow. I certainly cant squat that, but if i'm just practicing the walkout i should be fine right?
Did you read the rest of the post?
Goosey said its all skelatal, not musculature at top of squat.
I appreciate your line of questioning, Bazza, I really do.
I would think I'd be safe in saying that anyone who believes that muscle is not playing a role holding limbs, Moving limbs, supporting organs and maintaining other other bodily functions is an idiot.
I'm suggesting to bloke that he actually needs to get into that position where he is weakest to improve his strength by moving through it, to get strong he must first be strong.
You two (sticky) are the only two that are arguing, if anyone else doesn't understand of course, speak up, to make a muscle stronger it needs to move.
I'm done now, thanks.
Because this is the strength section.
Saying that the muscles to ZERO work is completely wrong.
You're contribution as always, is much appreciated.

Your. Your. Your.
Using "you're" in that context is completely wrong.
Bullshit minor point? Everyone knew what you meant right? I still had to do it.
You know your shit so why not post something that helps bloke with his problem?

So why say it, skeleton only supporting the weight at the top / muscles doing no work, when it's clearly not true.
May i clarify goosey sir? At the top of a squat, just standing there, you're saying thats entirely skelatal and not musculature?

Edit - im sorry if this has already been covered. Apparently comprehension isnt my strong point.
The penny will drop one day, I'm not going to argue with you.
Andy instead of going around and around in circles with your cryptic replys to this, it would have ended much sooner if you just said that you were wrong and muscles do actually do work at the top of a squat.
