July Calf Challenge

Although I havent really been following this thread, thought i would pop in and see how everyone was going with the July Calf Challange and see what peoples thoughts were on if it has been worth it so far and have they seen any progress so far?

KungFooGoo is down .5 - 1kg bodyweight but his calves are up 1cm so far. Will see if l can get 1.5 by the end of the month though.
 
I didn't take measurements, but I dare say my calves will rival Ronnie Colemans by the end of the month :D

I definitely notice changes and improvements, the pics at the end will be interesting!

P.S. That's good KFG! :eek: Godamnit I wish I'd taken measurements :mad:
