Standing Calf Raise - on leverage squat machine
40kg x 10
40kg x 10
40kg x 10
40kg x 10
40kg x 10

Really good stretch at the bottom, as the toe block has got really grippy sandpaper type grip on it.
Toes stay completely stuck the whole rep, and it's a round tube, allowing to roll up and down.
I think this makes a big difference overall, as other methods/machines I use don't get the same toe traction and keep slipping every few reps.
Will use this machine more frequently now.

Getting out of bed to go to the toilet with tight calves that won't straighten or move added with a morning glory, makes the missus very upset.
 
Tonight's effort

Seated calf raise 3x15--15-15-15-plates*
45 incline calf raise 4x20--100-100-100-100
Seated calf raise sl 3x10--9-9-9 plates*
Seated calf raise max 35@12 plates
 
Jogged on tbe spot to warm the wheels in this bs weather, reppin out on a trolley at work, single leggers.. 8, 8, 12, 12, 17 ... The calves are sore. Me thinks I underestimated this challenge.

Did 5 sets of single leg raises again last night, slow and paused at the top....lol...actually feel it in calves this morning!
 
sorry I have not put pics up have not had a chance lol will by tomorrow the origin is on tonight lol yesterday and today did 30kg seated calf raises 3x15

Standing Calf Raise - on leverage squat machine
40kg x 8 - just 1 set

Not your average set.
This was super slow with really painful stretch at the bottom and hard contractions.
Most of the set was in the stretch position.
Was tension or contraction during the whole set, took 5 minutes.
