Close Grip Bench
Dips
Skull Crushers

Squat PPP
Front Squats
SLDL
BB Curl
Ab Wheel

Deadlift PPP
Bent over rows
Pull ups
shrugs
Hanging leg raises

And cardio on between days with rest days over the weekend
 
I doubt you need that much tricep work
Bench, CGB OR Push press, triceps isolation would be plenty
The rest is "ok"
 
I just started madcows 5 x 5 program

On wednesday, the overhead press really kills my shoulders. Should I just do incline instead like recommended for the other alternative or does madcow recommend anything else instead?

Incline is fine or you can do push press
 
Can trap bar deads replace squats on madcows? My legs/hips are impinging somewhere on a full squat and I want to get it check out/rest them. They don't pinch when doing deads or trap bar though.

Or would it be better off doing something else? The main thing I want to bring up is my bench press.
