I train the whole body Mon/Wed/Fri, I do the beginner BB program from this site.
Had a really weird day today, went to the gym this morn and was feeling good, I did my squats, I went up a couple kg in weight, completed my 3 sets and got all the reps. Weird thing was when I finished the last set I completely lagged out and felt nautious in my belly, light headed, I had to go home and ended up going to sleep for a few hrs, when I woke I went back to the gym and finished my session. Lucky I wasn't working today, but when I went back I felt super strong and went up in all my other lifts as well, been feeling really good all day since too. But frig after those squats I felt like I could almost vomit.
