300g brown rice, 3 eggs scrambled, diced tomatoes, splash of worcestershire sauce, oregano, melted mozerella and parmesan cheese.
Plus a glass of full cream milk. That oughta fatten me up a bit.
 
Ended up having a shit days diet upto now lol...had subway for lunch - ate about half a tub of peanut butter, and some sugarfree choc lol...just skipping next meal and steak for dinner...abit pissed off at myself now :P
 
Just had a couple of bits of BBQ marinated steak with wedges from the butcher, bloody awesome, I dont think Ill ever buy meat from the local Woolies or Foodland again.
 
since 7pm...lamb korma and rice...garlic naan bread...cherry cheesecake with cream....froot loops, milk and tablespoons of thickened cream...2nd round of cheesecake today...lol..yum
