Anybody tried this?
I have lost 63kgs since August last year, 45 in the first 12 weeks.
Since about March, things have been slow going.
Still eating at a deficit, doing cardio, lifting 4-5 days a week and sleeping 7 hours on average per day.
I would love to be -80 kgs down by August this year.
Any suggestions? or anybody tried this?
