Ahh do you wear a protective cup or just deadlift with half a chub, jdizzle?

one of my balls is massively oversized, had it checked out and doc reckons is just holding fluids, no tumor or anything and testosterone is at above average for my age. makes it look like ive got a permanant semi though lol

Compression shorts, Running shorts over the top,
old t-shirt
running shoes (until i get some lifting shoes) and volleys
oh and a towel for mopping up ridiculous amounts of sweat

Do you guys get bruises in your shoulders where the bar sits?

big time bruises and all red spots and dots

Generally - loose fitting trackies and a tshirt. On hotter days, loose shorts and a tshirt. Chuck Taylors.

For deadlifts only - Titan deadlift socks, Target brand emo lace up shoes with 2mm thick hard rubber sole. $10 on special. Awesome shoes. Thin and hard-soled like slipons but better because you can actually lace them up. A tip I got from some of the guys at Rockhampton Fitness Centre (some very good deadlifters from up that way) is that thick trackies aren't ideal for heavy deadlifts - as they actually add resistance to the movement of the bar (you can see it in JDizzle's picture if you can divert your attention a few inches down :p). Tight fitting shorts are best and talc on the legs if you're allowed to. I don't bother most days, but I'll try to wear shorts on heavy days.

For squats, bench, overhead press only, I wear Adidas Ironwork II shoes. For squats only, I also wear Tommy Kono knee sleeves.

Swimmers (there like compression shorts I guess)
Belt

Once done, take belt off and jump straight in pool :)

The ausbb gym junkie apparel list so far:
- No shirt
- Loose trunks
- Rabens

Is there a create a person thing we can put these on?

My current gloves suck and being our gyms standard everytime I get dizzy I get them mixed up.

Getting this shit straight from mexico.

In winter, oldschool unfancy unGhetto trackpants. The rest of the year, shorts made of the same fabric. Good for squatting in. T-shirt. Closed-in shoes. Towel.

Towel.. fuck that shit. spit and sweat all over the benches. thats what real men do anyway

^ Not sure if serious.

Either way, I don't want to be lying down in someone else's sweat when training, mostly only stalkers want to lie down in my sweat while training, and regardless of what I may want, I work at the gym, so if I like getting paid I'll abide by its rules.
