Hey guys.
Well as most of you have probably become aware, I have just finished the trailing of a program I have put together. Ive been getting quite a few PM's about it, so I thought I'd start a thread and let everybody else know what was going on.
We have been using this style of program in our gym for about 4 months, on about 15 people and have had great results.
The good thing with this program is that all you need to do is enter your current 1rm, and it will give you all the weights, reps and sets you need to do for the next 11 weeks in an extremely easy to follow format. Its designed to provide the lifter with a solid base to work from, with solid and steady gains.
The reason that I developed this program was for a few reasons.
1- To see if I could do it.
2- To see how well I could do it.
3- To see the type of people this program will benefit.
4- To develop a program that could be used for a long time, and provide steady gains.
4- To raise some funds for the new gym.
After the trail phase was over, and deemed successful, I forwarded it on to some big lifters for review. Some of these guys total between 800-960kg, so I was very grateful when they took the time to offer advice and praise on the program.
The reviews all came back positive...... But one
. This one said it would be quite demanding, at an elite level, but was do-able. Lets face it though, if your squatting in excess of 350kg, you probably dont need this program
.
Having said that though.... I was told this is very similar to how Laurie Butler did/still trains, I thought that was pretty cool. Who here can argue with Lauries results? Google the name or check out CAPO's record board if you dont know who he is
.
Now as I am raising funds for the move, and new equipment, Id really appreciate a $10 donation for the program.
If your interested, PM me, or ask questions here
Also a big thanks for those that have already got the program, your donation is very much appreciated
.
Cheers fella's
