this is so true. Its statistically impossible to absorb more than 30g of protein in any sitting - anything more would turn to fat.
This is why I recommend eating once every two hours
Is that a challenge oli?????? Hai really cant see a situation where the average member of this site is going to eat 6000 calories. Thats 4 pepperoni pizzas with puff pastry crust.
I have been dieting for a while now, I eat the EXACT same thing (excluding dinner) everyday, exactly the same thing, I have sat down and spent an hour adding up all the calories, carbs fats proteins etc, I am CUTTING on 3214cals per day EXCLUDING DINNER, so add about 700 cals in for dinner, I am in bed every night by 9pm totally buggered, I think about nothing but food, always starving. when I start bulking up again I think I'll come close to 5500-6000 cals a day.2. Anyone who thinks theyre eating 6000 calories probably isnt.
