Add your calories in slowly don't pick a number. Adding them in slowly will allow you to put on muscle without a huge amount of excess fat matey

thats just over maintanence, i think by 200 or so, but i get your point.

I personally wouldn't shoot for a number i've seen many "blowouts" because of people miscalulating i think a better way is adding the cals in slowly over each meal

Just got back form woolies, needed some snacks.. These are really the only things i buy from there.

I think close to $100, the milk, tuna and steak really adds up lol, im probably spending $150 a week for food, which doesn't include dinner as my mum cooks that.

Damn. It's expensive to be healthy isn't it :p I'm only spending around $50-$75 atm

Haha, my chicken and steak alone is around $60. Then 28L milk :p

I love getting the veggies though $40 gets you HEAPS of stuff at the local veggie shop.

On the back of my bag it says per 100g 1450kj (cooked rice).

for 220g of cooked basmati rice doesn't look like alot, jsut wnted to know what some of you guys are doing in regards to this.
