Not sure if one of these threads already exist (i cant remember seeing one) but thought it would be a good idea to make a thread devoted to lifting clips.

Try and keep them related to weight lifting guys :p

Powerlifting is a sport that's all about leverage. I squat and pull sumo because I've got short ass legs and it reduces the distance I'm moving the weight. Having said that that's extreme but still just about decreasing distance from point A to point B.
