Well my other topic got me to google a few things I have pretty much all the symptoms for a yeast imbalance. I don't drink anymore because if I end up with extremely bad cramps that make it hard to move, alcohol contains yeast. I was insure how to fix the imbalance and what foods to eat

Anyone have insight on this??

Things with probiotics. Yoghurts etc. You can get some good pills too, I have a stabilised one.
