doing repetition of benchpress or going flat out till you cant push anymore?
also should cardio and weight training be done on the same day or could you do both the same day.
 
I don't understand the first question and the second question depends on you goals.
I personally do cardio on off days.

so, doing a set amount of reps or going to failure?

do a set amount of reps, say if you do 7 reps this week til failure, then next week you only do 6, you wouldnt know how many reps you're doing.

you need to count your reps to gauge your progress.

no, do weight training and cardio on seperate days if you can.
 
kindred that actually makes sense. because (though im not counting) i feel like im not pushing as many as the week progresses.
might do reps again.
