Hi,

Im on a keto atm, a typical day will look like:

a typical day will look like

6am - ON Cassein in 30 ml low fat milk

8:50 - (on train) scrambelled eggs (made in the morning) with some brocoli

11am - Small sashimi box and some nuts

2pm - Meat and veg (high fat)

5 - meat and veg (high fat)

8pm - cassein

when im at home I take a more relaxed approach (which I will be for 6 weeks soon till i start my new job)

8am - scrambelled eggs and veg or cassein in small amount of milk

11am - meat and veg

2am meat and legumes

5 - fish or meat and veg with 10ml fish oil

8 - meat and veg

11pm meat and veg

meat is in small amounts (80grams )

Does this look right?

I carb load one day per week

Which version are you actually doing, CKD, TKD?

Fattier cuts of meat
Cheese
Nuts or natural nut butter, think carbs are around 10g per 100g so don't over do it.
Olive Oil
Eggs
Avocado

Is 80g raw or cooked weight of the meat? Is that for all meals?

Basically have protein and fat in each meal. Veggies high in fiber.
And a fiber supplement to avoid stool issues.

Plenty of great fat sources there, a nice Keto dessert I used to make is, Mix a serve of protein powder with Thickened full fat cream, delicious!

I would say the carbs in the milk would be to high when doing a true keto diet.

Iam pretty much on keto all yr round - fat sources are normally:

Almond oil
Olive oil
nuts - cashews/almonds/walnuts
eggs
salmon
avocado
natural peanut butter

Sometimes cheese but its sort of wasted calories really - id rather be getting it from the above items.
