Just curious, when is it worth actually using suppliments?
are they only worth using if your in the gym 8 hours a day sort of thing?
or are they good for the average person also?

Love to know yor reasoning why a multi is of vital importance. I do not get any benefit from multi. Does not make me feel more energetic, does not make my muscles grow quicker..I do not know what it does aside from giving some one an excuse to have a poor unbalanced diet.Need to have a really good look at your diet before investing in heaps of supplements. Everybody should take a Multi Vitamin regardless if they exercise or not imo.
Think about Purchasing some protein powder to compliment your diet and later think about trying out creatine / glutamine. Sort of have to draw a line somewhere, diet can always be improved and is the foundation of your success/failure, supplements are there to compliment it.
