Whats your military press compared to you bench press? Is about 2:3 normal? At what point in either direction would you say something is wrong (eg form, mobility) ?
My strict overhead is over 75% of my bench, my push press is around 95% and my close/medium grip bench are the same
It's an interesting topic, as having a high ratio like mine would imply my pecs do practically nothing when I bench (and possibly a technical issue) whereas a low ratio would suggest your shoulders may be the weak link in your bench press
About 3:4, but the gap is getting wider. I suspect it'll be around a more "normal" 2:3 before too long. Working dat chest, and I reckon I'll have one to speak of, pretty soon, lol.
Thanks man, strick OHP is probably my best lift. Always just "clicked" technique wise so thats why the number is higher then all my other lifts % wise.
