What to eat whilst on golf course

Guys,
I'm new to the bodybuilding scene and have been eating 6-7 times a day to increase metabolism. I played golf yesterday and realised that being on the course for 4 or so hours is making me hungry. Anyone got suggestions on what snacks I can take whilst out on the course? I follow a diet plan throughout the week but it goes out the window every second weekend when I'm on the course because I can't carry around my meals with me. Would protein bars or something like that would help in these situations?

Cheers

There are plenty of options if you want o eat during golf.

Chicken breast
Tuna
Almonds and Nuts
Sandwich
Protein Bars
Protein Shakes

The list goes on..but any reason why you are eating 6 - 7 times a day? you could just have a bigger meal before golf to keep you full for the time while on course and eat after golf.

Eat whatever the hot chick driving around the food truck brings you :p ... Beer included.

Otherwise, yeah.. can of tuna? sandwich? protein shake? protein bar?

If I ever play 18, I always stop thru at the canteen or whatever on the way thru but if you were that pedantic about your diet, just pack some stuff in your bag like the guys are saying.

A Sammy is always good, and a bag of nuts too and a thermos of tea or coffee.

I was going to give you a "WTF?" for taking a thermos of Tea or Coffee onto a Golf course, but then I remembered you live just north of Antarctica.

Peeps in Qld normally prefer "9 hole out and in" golf courses, so each 9 holes they can rehydrate with some of that amber fluid.

It depends.

What are you eating for the rest of the day?
What type of foods do you like?

I'd pick something that fits with your goals and tastes good personally.

And no you don't have to eat every 3 hours to increase your metabolism.

Seriously a cheat day for a round of golf. Lol. Just eat as normal. You don't need food for a round of golf.

I highly recommend lobster bisque served in a tiny teacup and saucer combo. Garnished with a dusting of the finest HDFU from BGC's collection.
