Currently upgrading my home gym. I already have a squat rack, oly bar, weights and shit old bench.

I am happy dealing with gym direct so if hulk is still around I would love to chat. Pm me please.

Need 4 20kg oly weights.

Flat, incline, decline bench. This is the most important option for me, I would like to save cash but don't want to break the bench :p I'm 90kg and will be benching 100+ very soon. What is the cheapest option that will last me the longest?

Adjustable ( Flat Incline Decline )

Would like a dip, lat pulldown and row attachment for my power rack.
This is the one I own.

MMPR Power Rack

If anybody could recommend the best options and maybe hulk could give me a price.

Just watch the benched that do inc and decline in one, a lot tend to be high and not that steady.
I didn't think anyone did decline these days.

I don't like the J Hooks on that power rack.

I have the Force USA F-PC rack with band pegs, can't speak highly enough of it. Picked it up new with some negotiation for $650 from Summit Fit.
