what shorts do you squat in?

Best shorts are the old Ruggers from Big W or Lowes, only thing I will squat and dead lift in.

Very comfy, and will never split and they will not grab your legs when you are going down, been using them for years and years.

It has to be this style:

Ruggers Knit Shorts | Lowes

As they also make other styles made from different material.

I basically wear shorts like this. I rarely feel the need to buy new squat shorts because of it, as they last for foreverty years, but on the very rare occasion that I get new gym shorts, I basically do a bunch of body weight squats in the changing room, and determine whether or not the shorts are good based on whether or not they interfere with movement at all. Basically, there shouldn't be any difference between squatting with them on and squatting without any shorts on.
