Hi friends, I am very weak looking in my physical appearance. I have tried a lot to make my body get a good built up; including a healthy diet plan and tough work out sessions, but did not get any satisfactory results in my body physique. Does anyone know, what is the best way to get out of this skinny looks?
 
Need more info first. Diet, training schedule, age, weight, etc etc. A pic would help too.
 
hi,
i've always had this problem, try sticking in 4 meals a day with 1 protein included and do some total body workouts for 2-3 weeks. Then use a split workout 3 times a week and gradually your appetite will increase so try to add more food even if it is 1-2 cans of tuna as a snack. increase appetite to 4-5 meals slowly and then 6 if you can . stick with consitently eating your food!!!.
3 weeks you will tone and 6 weeks you will notice a nice improvement in your physique. this is what i've discovered hope it helps man :)

ps no soft drinks with food, or v's
ps have some hungry jacks 1-2 a week for the extra calories
use creatine mono with your training

Don’t you worry my friend. Everyone needs to wait for sometime before he stumbles upon the right way to work things out. People try a lot of ways to make their body better and spend a lot too on the suggested ways. In my opinion, you could benefit from an online service for link available, that helps you to get out of your skinny looks.

Mighty expensive advise there.
 
I've read somewhere that you down 1 gallon or 4 litres of full cream milk (3 - 4% fat)each day for around 4 - 8 weeks. Stop when you reach your weight goal. Continue to perform heavy compound lifts (Squats, Deads etc) during this period. Keep up 4 meals / day. If lactose intolerant, get lactaid pills. Some have put on 20kg following this.
 
Louis I had the same problem when I first started out. Posting your diet and stats is the first thing you need to do so we can see what your currently doing and give you some tips.

My other advice is take some before shots of yourself and take some body measurements, because this a great time to look back on when all the hard work has payed off.
