What do you train on Monday's?

Seeing that is normally International Chest Day on Monday's, are you a member or not?

Personally, my Monday 6am session is Quads & Calves......
 
I train Heavy Squats and Heavy Bench on Mondays.

Sometime i do some band or chain work for bench as well.
 
Monday is usually a rest day for me before deads on Tuesday, but lately I have found myself doing tyre drags and shit in the back yard on Mondays instead.

I leave Monday free as I often train on Sundays... or because I am still recovering from weekend shenanigans! I never bounce back too well after a weekend lol
 
lol I noticed that too, Monday seems to be chest day for everyone. When I was still messing with split routines Monday was Chest day.
