what are some top rated suppliments

I tried some aniracetam earlier today, made me feel pretty strange. Anyone had experience with it? Is it catabolic?

Think I'll stick to my coffees...
 
New to taking Supplements

This is what I am taking and its my first foray into supplements so any advice would be well received as I am still learning lol.

1. Gold Standard WPI - (has BCAA of 5.5grams)
2. Creatine Mono.. (before or after workout)
3. L Glutamine ( once a day)
4. C4 (only when I need an energy kick)

#What I need to know is how is the following

1. How much dosage of WPI do I take a day, the instructions says according to your needs. One scope has 32g per serve (24g is pure whey)

2. Do I need to take anything else (eg more BCAAs)

Gold Standard is not only WPI, it is blended with WPC. It is misleading labelling. You take only what is required to fulfill daily protein requirements.
Creatine 5-10gms per day
BCAA's not really required.
